Your tasks at RENOLIT

  • Lead and enhance innovation processes by taking responsibility for various innovation initiatives, such as the Innovation Academy or Idea Campaigns, to drive RENOLIT’s innovation performance forward and ensure sustainable progress
  • Engage in project management for innovation and future-focused projects, acting as a project leader or key team member in the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions
  • Build and foster RENOLIT’s emerging Innovator Community, actively supporting its growth and creating a dynamic, creative network within the company to drive innovation
  • Design and implement an open innovation strategy that fosters collaboration both within the company and with external partners to enhance RENOLIT’s innovation ecosystem
  • Support internal business units with the setup and execution of Idea Campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing innovative outcomes

What we expect

  • Successfully completed Master's degree in the field of economics, engineering, natural sciences or similar qualification
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably in the area of Innovation or Project Management
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-organisation
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Solid knowledge of German
